The Baltimore Ravens were far and away the best team in the 2019 NFL season as evidenced by their 14-2 record. It appears their dominance was taken into consideration when it came time for the All-Pro voting.

It was revealed that the Ravens had four players named to the first-team All-Pro to give them five all together, via Barry Wilner of the Associated Press:

Not surprisingly, Baltimore led the All-Pro Team with five selections, while New Orleans had four, Baltimore and Pittsburgh each had three. There were 16 AFC players and 13 from the NFC.

It should come as no surprise to see that the Ravens were so well-represented when it came time to vote. The dominance they displayed on both sides of the ball in the 2019 campaign resulted in the best regular season finish in franchise history and they are now entering the playoffs as the clear favorites to win the Super Bowl.

Of course, their resurgence started under center with the spectacular play off quarterback Lamar Jackson. Jackson is looking to put the cherry on top of a historic season as the frontrunner for MVP while making preparations for a run at the Super Bowl.

Baltimore also got some tremendous return form their cornerbacks in Marcus Peters and Marlon Humphrey. Peters continues to provide plenty of bang for his buck since since the trade while Humphrey was finally able to kick things up a notch after being taken in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Rounding out the list of first-team All-Pros is a familiar face in kicker Justin Tucker. Although the Ravens have taken an aggressive approach on fourth downs this year, Tucker still took advantage of his opportunities after hitting 28-of-29 field goal attempts.
