The Baltimore Ravens picked up an easy 27-10 road win over the Cleveland Browns Sunday to keep themselves in contention for a playoff spot in the AFC. However, the Ravens left Cleveland tagging along with them an injured wide receiver in Jeremy Maclin.

Maclin sustained a knee injury right in the very first series of the game. He would see action for one more series before getting taken out of the match for good, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Prior to his exit, the 29-year-old veteran wideout managed to acquire a 22-yard reception, which was his only contribution to the team against Cleveland.

Maclin, who signed a two-year $11 million deal with Baltimore last June, has been a letdown for the Ravens in his first season with the team. He entered Week 15 with only 418 receiving yards on 39 catches and 71 targets to go with just three touchdowns.

Michael Camapanaro, Breshad Perriman, and Chris Moore are all in line to see increased involvements on the offense moving forward should Maclin needed to miss a game.

The extent of Maclin’s injury is yet to be ascertained, but in any case, he’ll have five full days of rest before the Ravens take on the Indianapolis Colts at home next Saturday.
