Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey made headlines recently for his hot takes on the quarterbacks in the NFL. Needless to say, he did not mince words when it came to Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco.

Ramsey's unsavory comments have drawn some responses around the league. However, according to Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Sun, Flacco did not have much to say about the criticism:

“I don’t really have much of a comment,” Flacco said. “I don’t really care. There’s plenty of people out there saying things. Just add one more to the list. No big deal.”

Ramsey had fired off his thoughts on almost every quarterback one-by-one. Although some were spared from his criticisms, Flacco was among the veteran signal-callers that “suck” in his opinion.

Although it would be a stretch to think a former Super Bowl MVP can be categorized as such, there has been plenty of speculation regarding his status among the NFL's top-tier quarterbacks. Even before his underwhelming 2017 campaign, Flacco has never really been considered an elite player.

His struggles have been magnified by Baltimore's three-year hiatus from the playoffs. Furthermore, the veteran has started to feel the heat with the arrival of quarterback Lamar Jackson. That said, it is clear that he has much more to be concerned about than the opinions of another player.

For what it is worth, Flacco had arguably his worst game of the season last year against Jacksonville. Unfortunately, he will not get the chance to make Ramsey eat his words this season unless the two teams were to meet in the playoffs.
