There's been a lot of rumors swirling around about the Baltimore Ravens and the team's plans moving forward. The speculation continues to circulate about Joe Flacco's future with franchise along with whether head coach John Harbaugh will be headed elsewhere.
One thing seems for sure after the team's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFC Wild Card; Flacco will almost certainly be on the move with Lamar Jackson being the quarterback they'll be sticking with moving forward. Harbaugh, however, is a bit more complicated as he's a hot commodity in the NFL, but it appears he may not be going anywhere anytime soon, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

Over the past few weeks, Harbaugh has been linked to a few different job openings in the NFL. There's no shortage of opportunities for the veteran head coach leading to this constant speculation in Baltimore about his future with the team.
Harbaugh has made it clear that he wants to stay in Baltimore and has every intention of doing so, but he also left the door open for a change as he admitted that anything can happen.
In 11 years with the team, Harbaugh has led the franchise to a Super Bowl title and seven playoff appearances. An impressive resume that has made him an intriguing candidate for other teams and why the Ravens want to keep him in Baltimore long-term.
It'll be interesting to see whether this extension with Harbaugh gets done quickly as it appears to be a foregone conclusion at this point with this latest development.
