It was a battle for the Baltimore Ravens from the get-go. After losing JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards to season-ending injuries, Baltimore faced an uphill battle every week. However, this franchise enters an exciting offseason, as they'll have time to reorganize and get healthy for next year. Marquise Brown provides a legitimate assessment of Lamar Jackson and his team.

Typically the Ravens are a run-first offense, but due to the multitude of injuries, Baltimore was forced to air it out more often. It wasn't ideal, but it proved they can compete regardless of who is in the backfield. According to USA Today, Marquise Brown sees a bright future ahead for this franchise.

“I know going forward, it gives the offense a lot of courage and a lot of excitement knowing that we didn't play our best ball and we found ways to win however we had to do it,” Ravens star receiver Marquise Brown.

It's true, the Ravens were in the thick of the AFC Playoff race until Lamar Jackson fell to an ankle injury. Although they've missed out on the playoffs, Baltimore has to feel confident about their chances next year after everyone returns healthy. Brown sees the light at the end of the tunnel, as he too is excited about the future, per USA Today.

“I feel like we showed we could do a lot of stuff with this offense. Putting it all together, putting the pieces, adding people back, and getting more people is going to be exciting.”

It'll be interesting to see how the Ravens approach the offseason. They have the pieces in place to be a legitimate threat in the AFC but must find ways to keep the roster competitive for next season. This is a crucial moment for Baltimore, as the front office is doing everything they can to get back into Super Bowl contention.
