In true Lamar Jackson way, the Baltimore Ravens quarterback is not making a big deal out of breaking Dan Marino's incredible record.

After leading the Ravens to a huge 34-6 win over the streaking Los Angeles Chargers, Jackson officially broke Marino's record for the most wins by a starting QB before turning 25 years old. The Baltimore superstar recorded his 35th career victory to claim the solo record.

While it was undoubtedly an amazing accomplishment that cements his status as one of the best young players in the NFL today, Lamar Jackson simply shrugged it off. While he is happy with the accomplishment, it sure looks like he is not focused on individual stats or accolades.

“It's pretty cool,” Jackson said while smiling, per the Ravens' website. “I don't know what to say after that. It's cool.”

It's truly cool and all, but Jackson certainly wants more than just breaking records. And it's a mentality that Raven fans will certainly be happy about. After all, they can't let their star quarterback be satisfied without a super Bowl title.

LJ certainly understands that, and he wants the Baltimore faithful to know that they are focused on the bigger things ahead of them.

“We're on the road to something else. If it happens, it happens. But we want something else,” Jackson said on breaking Dan Marin's record and the Ravens' focus for 2021.

Baltimore has now won five straight games after their shocking Week 1 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders, and by the looks of it, Jackson and Co. are not showing signs of stopping any time soon.
