In the days leading up to Week 11 action against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Baltimore Ravens have some lingering questions at the quarterback position concerning the health of Joe Flacco.

These issues with a hip injury have remained throughout the week that has put his status for Sunday's contest up in the air. According to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk, Flacco has remained out of practice on Friday while rookie Lamar Jackson made his return from a stomach illness that forced him to miss Thursday's practice session.

Lamar Jackson sat out on Thursday because of a stomach illness and Joe Flacco missed his second straight day with a hip injury, which left Robert Griffin III to do all the work. Jackson is back on the field Friday while Flacco remains off the field.

The continued absence of Flacco has continued to build steam that he may be out of action this week, which has pushed the question over to either Jackson or Robert Griffin III getting the call to be the starter for Sunday's game. Both players have already voiced confidence that they could get the job done if called upon to earn the spot start.

At the same time, head coach John Harbaugh has made it clear that Flacco doesn't need to practice this week in order to play against the Bengals. It is something that he will likely keep close to the vest in the next couple of days and allows this to become a game-time decision.

Flacco has proven to be a highly durable player throughout his career only missing six games that all came in the 2015 campaign. If he were to miss any action, the Ravens have much confidence in either Jackson or Griffin III to step to help push the team back on the right track with a much-needed win.
