Following the Baltimore Ravens' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8, Marquise Brown sent a cryptic tweet that implied he wasn't getting the ball enough.

While the Ravens prepare to face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Lamar Jackson reacted to Brown's now-deleted tweet:

“For sure, that’s one of our key players to our offense,” Jackson said, via the team’s website. “We want to get him the ball, the easiest way, the fastest way we can. We just go to do a better job of getting it to him. We’ve got to do better at that and we’ll be fine.”

Here's what Brown tweeted and then deleted:

What's the point of having souljas when you never use them (Never!!)

When Brown originally posted it to social media, his Ravens teammates and John Harbaugh were asked about the meaning behind it.

Harbaugh proceeded to say that Brown isn't a selfish player and his tweet was likely due to frustration. The Ravens lost their second game of the season against the Steelers, and they've had a tough time finding their groove offensively.

More specifically, Baltimore has been unable to get Brown involved in the offense in a consistent manner. The second-year wide receiver has hauled in only 27 passes for 379 yards and two touchdowns in seven games this season.

Even though some people questioned Brown's purpose of posting his message to Twitter, Jackson agrees that the Ravens need to get him the ball more. Expect to see Baltimore make more of a concerted effort to get him involved in the offense in Week 9 versus the Indianapolis Colts.
