Lamar Jackson has taken the NFL by storm in his second season with the Baltimore Ravens, but he hasn't let his newfound fame cloud his character.

According to Kimberly Jones of the NFL Network, Jackson is seeking to learn the first name of everyone in Baltimore's organization.

Of course, the Ravens' quarterback knows the majority (hopefully all) of his teammate's names as he plays with them on the field. But while the regular season nears an end, Jackson is committed to learning the names of everyone that touches foot in Baltimore's facility.

Despite being one of the youngest (22) quarterbacks in the NFL, Jackson is mature beyond his years. Even when the media praises him for his play on the field, he's continually found a way to credit his coaches and teammates.

In his sophomore season, Jackson has completed 66.2 percent of his passes for 2,889 yards and 33 touchdowns. Along with his passing stats, the Louisville product has also rushed for 1,103 yards and seven touchdowns.

For the majority of the season, Jackson has been the front-runner for the NFL's MVP Award. At this point of the year, it's a foregone conclusion that Jackson is going to take home the hardware.

Everyone continues to wonder whether or not the style of football that Jackson plays with is meant for longevity. Instead of questioning the legitimacy of his talent, people should begin to appreciate what he's doing.

During and after games, Pro Bowl running back Mark Ingram has done a splendid job showing his support for Jackson. Now, we know precisely why Ingram and other teammates love playing alongside the young signal-caller.
