Lamar Jackson has nothing but love for the Buffalo Bills' fan base. The Baltimore Ravens QB was gifted by the Bills Mafia with an unexpected surprise after their playoff game last Sunday. Jackson couldn't finish the game due to an injury and the very classy Bills fans chose to tip their hat to the reigning MVP by putting up a quick fund-raiser to one of Jackson's favorite charities, Blessings In A Backpack.

Lamar Jackson took to Twitter to express his utmost gratitude for the entire Bills Mafia for their incredible efforts to help out the community.

“Appreciate that #BillsMafia. Means a lot not to only me but those kids as well,” Lamar Jackson tweeted.

It was a tough Divisional Round contest and unfortunately for the reigning MVP, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens didn't end up on top. Jackson wasn't able to finish the game after a concussion protocol forced him to the sidelines after he took a hit on the head on the last snap of the third quarter.

Instead of simply celebrating their historic win, the Bills fans chose to show their gratitude to Lamar Jackson and did the unthinkable. As of writing, over $360,000 have been donated to the said charity which came from roughly 13,600 fans (via Rick Ritter of WJZ).

Though Lamar Jackson's 2020 season could've ended way better, this isn't too bad. The 24-year old now has the off-season to try and build another playoff-worthy squad ahead of next season. And now, he knows that whatever efforts he has off the field will have the support of fans from all over the world.

While Lamar Jackson watches at home, the Buffalo Bills will play the Kansas City Chiefs in the upcoming AFC Championship Game on Sunday, Jan. 24. Kickoff is at 6:40 p.m. Eastern time in the third consecutive AFC title game to be played in Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. CBS has the broadcast.
