Baltimore Ravens Mark Ingram is on schedule to return to the field during the divisional round according to coach John Harbaugh. Ingram suffered a calf strain during the Ravens Week 16 victory over the Cleveland Browns. There was some concern when Ingram went down with the non-contact injury that it might be season-ending.

“Mark Ingram looks good,” Harbaugh said via NBC Sports. “He had a running workout today and on schedule.

Ingram having a running workout seems like a good sign for how the calf injury is progressing. After suffering the injury during Week 16.

A lot of the Ravens' attention on offense has been surrounding Lamar Jackson and for good reason, but some have overlooked how good Ingram has been this year. On the season Ingram has rushed 202 times for 1,018 yards and ten touchdowns. He has also caught 22 passes out of the backfield with five of those resulting in touchdowns.

In Week 17 with Ingram out, it was Gus Edwards who took over the starting role and he didn't disappoint rushing for 130 yards on 21 carries.

If for some reason Ingram wasn't able to come back for their first playoff game, it would be Edwards who would fill in and he has proven he can do a good job.

Outside of Ingram the Ravens are relatively healthy and should be full speed ahead for the playoffs. Harbaugh did say there has been a flu bug going around the locker room, but that shouldn't be something that is a concern with over a week for everyone to get better.
