Another one bites the dust for the Baltimore Ravens. A defense that has already been struggling with injuries lost another key member of their secondary. Star cornerback Marlon Humphrey got injured in the fourth quarter of their loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and this latest update will put the Ravens' Super Bowl hopes in jeopardy.

Ian Rapoport of NFL reported that the Ravens fear that Marlon Humphrey has a shoulder injury that will keep him out for the rest of the season. It's a crushing blow to a team that has been ravaged by injuries.

Humphrey seemingly got injured as he tried to tackle Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson. The Ravens cornerback was seen after the game clutching his right arm/wrist, leading some to speculate that he suffered some sort of injury in that area. As it turns out, the injury was on his shoulder, and could potential keep him out of the regular season and the playoffs.

Marlon Humphrey's injury is just the latest in a long line of injuries to the Ravens team as a whole. With eight players on the injured reserve list and 13 more listed as OUT or questionable, the team's performance has floundered significantly. They looked to be a dangerous contending team to start the season, but a bunch of injuries might see them exit the postseason early.

That being said, you can't count the Ravens out just yet. Lamar Jackson and Marquise Brown are still a dangerous duo on offense. If their defense can keep itself afloat without one of their best players on their secondary, they might still have a chance at a deep playoff run.
