Electric rookie wide receiver Marquise Brown could be back for the Baltimore Ravens assisting quarterback Lamar Jackson in the offense in the team's much-anticipated Week 9 matchup with the New England Patriots.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh brought everybody up to speed on Brown's status—along with cornerback Jimmy Smith and linebacker Patrick Onwuasor—while addressing the media on Monday.

Harbaugh expressed confidence in the trio's ability to play against AFC rival Patriots next Sunday following their bye week.

The Patriots are no joke, though; at 8-0, they stand as the last undefeated team in the conference and are stockpiled with talent at every position. In the past week, New England traded for Atlanta Falcons wideout Mohamed Sanu with Josh Gordon hitting the injured reserved list.

The Ravens should be thrilled to have Brown, a cousin of one-time/one-week Patriots receiver Antonio, back this week. The first-round pick out of Oklahoma has missed the last two games for Baltimore after a spectacular start to his professional career. The 5-foot-9 receiver has tallied 21 receptions for 326 yards and three touchdowns just five games into his tenure.

Smith, meanwhile, is a nine-year veteran cornerback for the Ravens, who sprained his MCL and hasn't appeared in a game this season since Week 1's Miami Dolphins matchup. The Super Bowl champion defensive back will have the tough task this week in containing future Hall of Fame Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's receiving targets around the gridiron.

Lastly, LB Patrick Onwuasor is returning after missing two weeks with an ankle injury. All three players are important parts of a Ravens teaming looking to unseat the unstoppable Pats.
