Michael Vick is one of the all-time great dual-threat quarterbacks to ever play the game. That makes things even more interesting when he starts talking about the super athletic starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson.

Jackson took the league by storm last season with the Ravens after taking over the starting job from Joe Flacco. He showcased an inconsistent arm, but his legs were what turned most heads. Baltimore is excited to see how much Jackson has improved this offseason, but Vick thinks a simple change should be implemented by Jackson.

While talking about Jackson on Undisputed, Vick made it clear that he thinks Jackson should do everything he can to run less and start focusing on preserving his health.

Last season with the Ravens, Jackson ended up playing in all 16 games, even though he didn't start all of them. He completed 58.2 percent of his pass attempts for 1,201 yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions. In addition to his passing numbers, Jackson ran for 695 yards and five touchdowns on 147 attempts.

Many mobile quarterbacks have ended up getting hurt due to their scrambling ways. Robert Griffin III was at one point considered to be a potential superstar talent, but injuries completely derailed his career.

Jackson has a strong arm and the work ethic to improve as a passer. His legs will always come in handy to extend plays or pick up yards on the ground, but he has to do so carefully. Taking unnecessary hits or running too much could shorten his career dramatically.

All of that being said, Jackson and Vick are very similar players. It is very likely that the two have or will talk about Vick's ideas for Jackson's long-term health and changes he should make to his game.
