Baltimore Ravens linebacker Tyus Bowser can't wait to show everybody what he can do in the 2019 NFL season.
Terrell Suggs signed a one-year, $7 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals in March. On the other hand, Za'Darius Smith signed a four-year, $66 million contract with the Green Bay Packers that same month. Enter the 24-year-old Bowser, who is entering his third NFL season.

Bowser told Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official website on Monday he's ready to fill the void which Suggs and Smith left.
Of course you hate to see those guys go. You develop a relationship with them. You learn from them. You see the film and you try to critique your game off them.
At the same time, it's a business. Whatever stuff happens, next man up. I'm going to show what I can do.
Bowser has registered just 3.5 sacks in two seasons in Baltimore (one was against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger). However, he sees no reason why he can't become a more aggressive pass rusher in 2019. Brown argues Bowser needs to show more consistency in practice and preseason games to achieve that goal.

Bowser can team up with linebacker Matthew Judon to improve Baltimore's pass rush. The latter led the Ravens in sacks last season with seven.
Bowser should help a Ravens team with a new-look pass rush. Baltimore has always been known for having one of the NFL's stingiest defenses. Think Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, and Ed Reed. Hopefully, football experts can mention Bowser's name in the same breath in the future.
