Though the 2020 NFL regular season is drawing to a close, Dez Bryant's career has just opened up a bit more on Sunday with the Baltimore Ravens. The 32-year old has been through quite a few flukes in recent weeks, which made taking the field against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 15 just that more special.

With time winding down in the first half for the Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson scrambled out of the backfield near the goal line before drilling a last-minute pass to Bryant who was able to briefly shake off his defenders. For Bryant, it was his first touchdown since Dec. 17, 2017.

Bryant has faced a lot of trials during his hiatus from the league, which is apparent given the fact that his last touchdown was over three years ago. This moment with the Ravens owns a sweet taste for him.

The 6-foot-2 wideout signed with the Ravens practice squad late in October after spending the previous season rehabilitating. He was set to suit up for the New Orleans Saints during the 2018-19 season but tore his Achilles during practice.

While Bryant was always rumored to find his way onto the actual playing field with the Ravens, his progress derailed slightly after a COVID-19 conundrum occurred during Week 13 and 14 that led to Bryant being sidelined due to some faulty testing for the virus.
