The Baltimore Ravens were in desperate need of a response to the high-powered Kansas City Chiefs' offense. Fortunately, running back Mark Ingram provided just that.

Ingram was able to gash the Chiefs' defense for a 19-yard touchdown to cut Kansas City's lead to 23-13 in the third quarter of Sunday's game, via NFL Twitter:

The showdown between Baltimore and Kansas City was expected to be headlined by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson given their stellar starts to the 2019 NFL season. However, this has quickly turned into the Mark Ingram show at Arrowhead Stadium.

With Jackson struggling to find his footing thus far, the Ravens have turned to a ground-and-pound approach with Ingram. It is safe to say that it has certainly paid off with his second touchdown of the day.

The Ravens are hoping their approach will help to turn the tide by keeping the Kansas City offense off the field while exposing K.C.'s vulnerable run defense.
