Although this season is only a quarter on its way, there have already been number of records broken by some players. From 3-point field goals made, triple-doubles and milestones on the all-time lists, these are just some that have been re-written in the record books so far.

However, in a topic made by faridyuharden on the NBA’s subReddit, it gave the specifics on what can be considered a perfect game, and surprisingly revealed that there have only been three players in league history who have achieved the feat. It requires at least seven field goals made, one free throw, zero turnovers and fouls, which Brad Miller, Antonio Davis and current Miami Heat rookie Bam Adebayo have notched, according to basketball-reference.com.

I checked on Bballref and apparently only 3 players have accomplished this feat.

Brad Miller, Chicago Bulls, March 24, 1999 (9 FG, 7 FT)

Antonio Davis, Indiana Pacers, January 10, 1997 (7 FG, 5 FT)

Bam Adebayo, Miami Heat, November 28, 2017 (7 FG, 2 FT)

Miller spent 15 seasons in the NBA and had his best run with the Sacramento Kings from 2003-2009. He was named an All-Star twice, and established himself as one of the better centers during his playing days. Davis on the other hand was a 14-year pro, who last played in the league in 2006 for the Toronto Raptors. A bruiser inside the paint, the UTEP product became an All-Star in 2001, and made a name for being a relentless rebounder and scorer near the basket.

Adebayo is the only active player who achieved the rare feat. While he has only played limited minutes this season as a rookie, he has shown glimpses of his true potential, and could be an important piece to the South Beach team's future plans. He also has the bragging rights to share with the two aforementioned players, proving that even if it is very hard to reach, it is not impossible at all.
