Pardon the Interruption co-host Michael Wilbon isn't happy with the Washington Redskins after they chose not to pursue free agent Colin Kaepernick.

The Redskins saw their quarterback situation take another big hit last week when Colt McCoy suffered a broken leg against the Philadelphia Eagles. Of course, that came after original starting quarterback Alex Smith suffered his own broken leg against the Houston Texans.

That put Mark Sanchez under center entering this week's game against the New York Giants, and let's just say that things aren't going very well.

The Giants jumped out to a 34-0 halftime lead, with Sanchez throwing two interceptions early on.

So, that led Wilbon to wonder why the Redskins didn't give Kaepernick a shot.

Here's what the ESPN personality had to say via Twitter:

Its clearly important that the Redskins go w a QB who knows the system instead of giving Kaepernick a look…because Kap certainly couldn't do any better than 31-0 could he?

Kaepernick hasn't played in the NFL since 2016, where he threw for 2,241 yards and 16 touchdowns in his final season with the San Francisco 49ers.

But at this point, the Redskins are in serious need of help at the position, and many people are wondering what the next option may be for the franchise.

With the likely loss against the Giants, it puts Washington's playoff hopes in serious jeopardy moving forward.
