Trey Burke has already finished three full seasons with the Utah Jazz. It seems like just yesterday that he was playing for Michigan in college. While time has seemed like it has flown by, Burke hasn't wanted it to because of the lack of success he has had during his NBA career.
Trey Burke isn't a bad player by any means, but he just hasn't been able to thrive in Utah. Now, it seems like he'll get another chance elsewhere.
With the Jazz now having Dante Exum back from injury along with George Hill who they just acquired through trade, there is a willingness from the team to deal Burke.
Via Marc Stein:
Last year, Burke finished with the best shooting percentages in his career. He shot 41.3% from the field and 34.4% from deep. He succeeded in coming off the bench for the Jazz and will most likely be a nice sixth man for the team that chooses to bring him in.
Trey Burke is still only 23 years old and many teams will be calling the Jazz to see if they could acquire the still promising point guard.
