Even if the Philadelphia 76ers are unsuccessful in their pursuit of the Boston Celtics‘ number three pick in the NBA draft, they have a couple other teams lined up behind them.

As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, the Sixers are still in talks to acquire the third overall pick from Boston, but they've also had “significant engagement” with both the Minnesota Timberwolves, who have the fifth pick, and the Sacramento Kings, who are slotted at number eight.

In previous reports, it was stated that Philly would be willing to give up either Jahlil Okafor or Nerlens Noel in a package for the Celtics' selection, but it's unclear what they've offered to the T-Wolves and the Kings for their picks.

One thing we do know: the 76ers will take LSU's Ben Simmons first overall. After that, the possibilities for Philadelphia are quite vast.
