The Washington Wizards have added another point guard to the roster for their upcoming training camp.
According to Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post, guard Casper Ware signed a training camp deal. He'll report to camp in hopes of securing a roster spot.
Ware played for the Tony Parker-owned ASVEL Basket organization in France last season. Casper completed the season as one of the best players in the league, earning Finals MVP.

Ware also played for the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2013-2014 season, playing only nine games while averaging 5.3 points, 0.9 steals, 1.1 assist, and 1.0 rebounds in 12.9 minutes per game.
It is possible for Ware to earn a spot on the team since the Wizards only have 12 guaranteed spots filled on their roster. He would likely play as a third-string point guard, but he will be back in the NBA somewhere if he performs well in camp.
