Channel the inner sith lord in you with the LZ Answerer weapon in Resident Evil Village. However, it might take time before you get to unlock it, because of some very specific unlock requirements.
How to unlock the LZ Answerer, the Resident Evil Village Lightsaber
The LZ Answerer won't be unlocked until after you beat the main story at least once. It's a weapon that you'll first have to unlock, then buy from The Duke's Emporium.
To unlock the Resident Evil Village Lightsaber, you first have to beat the main game once. After that, the game will reward you access to The Mercenaries Mode. But that's not yet enough. You'll then have to toil through the many stages of that game mode. Once completed, you can then purchase the LZ Answerer in the Extra Content Shop. It's quite expensive, as it will set you back 70,000 CP. Quite a lot, right? That's why you should pay a lot of attention to details and find all of the goats in the game. Once unlocked, the lightsaber can be bought during the main story from The Duke's Emporium for 200 lei. Funnily enough, you need to go through Mercenaries Mode to unlock the weapon. However, the LZ Answerer can only be used during the main story, and never in the Mercenaries Mode.
The melee weapon obviously spoofs the lightsaber from Star Wars. However, unlike the famed jedi weapon, the Resident Evil Village version doesn't pack quite a punch. It shares the same attack animations as the default knife, and looks like it does roughly the same damage. Holding the aim button will let you activate its “double-sided” mode. Meanwhile, interacting with the weapon while aiming it down will let you channel your true jedi self, changing the colors from red to blue or green. At least it's cool, if not powerful.
