The Golden State Warriors cruised to a blowout 113-91 win in Game 1 of the NBA Finals over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kevin Durant played a huge part in the victory posting a near triple-double with a game-high 38 points on 14-of-26 shooting from the field along with eight rebounds, eight assists, and zero turnovers. However, his big night came with some heckling from Rihanna during the game.

It persisted throughout the contest even late into the fourth quarter on Durant's second-to-last bucket on a 3-pointer from the wing with just over four minutes left in the game.

Durant didn't seem to be bothered one bit by Rihanna's harassing putting together arguably his best individual performance in the playoffs. What makes things much more interesting between these two is that the former league MVP had tweeted years ago that he wanted to marry the Grammy Award-winning singer.

Following the game, Durant chose to avoid the topic of Rihanna altogether by choosing to decline an answer leaving many to believe that there is much more to it all.

Ultimately, there could be more to this story in coming days with more information coming available. It may become a focal point heading into Game 2 on Sunday night.
