Houston Rockets star James Harden had another stellar performance last night, notching a triple-double in helping his team build a commanding 2-0 lead against the Utah Jazz in their first-round playoff series bout.

Harden finished with 32 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists in Game 2 against the Jazz, which prompted NBA analyst Charles Barkley to say this after the game.

This is a very strong statement from someone like Barkley, who had a chance to play against Michael Jordan, Karl Malone, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, three of the best offensive players in the history of the NBA.

But Harden has been one of the best, if not the best offensive players in the league right now. It is one of the main reasons why he won the MVP honors last season and why he's one of the front-runners to win it again this year.

Harden averaged close to 36 points this season. He also had that 32-game streak where he scored at least 30 points.

The Rockets have been one of the best teams in the league under Harden's leadership. They had the best record in the West last season but was unable to dethrone the Golden State Warriors when they faced each other in the conference finals. Houston has another opportunity to try to make it out of the West this year, and winning their best-of-seven series against the Jazz will be the first step.
