Chris Paul's brother, C.J. Paul, says the Houston Rockets point guard is an “a**hole” on the court and has always been that way.

Paul is one of the most competitive players in NBA history and isn't liked by a lot of fans outside of Houston.

C.J. says if Chris was a nice guy on the court, CP3 probably wouldn't have carved out the Hall of Famer career he has had in the NBA.

“On the court, he is an asshole,” C.J. told Jordan Ritter Conn of The Ringer. “There’s just no other way to say it. That’s who he is.

“If he was a nice guy, I don’t think he ever would have made it to the NBA.”

Paul is in his second season with the Rockets. He got into a nasty fight with Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo earlier in the season. Rondo said Paul is one of the worst teammates in the game.

Paul is a pit bull. He'll scratch, claw and bite to win a game. He's universally recognized as the best pure point guard of his generation. Paul has career averages of 18.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 9.7 assists and made the All-Star team nine times. He's never played in the NBA Finals.
