The Houston Rockets are listing center Clint Capela as questionable to play against the Miami Heat on Wednesday.

Capela is dealing with an illness.

The Rockets have lost three games in a row. They are 11-6 on the season, good for fifth place in the Western Conference standings.

In 15 games this season, Capela is averaging 14.6 points, 14.7 rebounds and 1.0 assist. He’s shooting 63.7 percent from the field and 44.2 percent from the free throw line.

The Rockets got blown out by the Heat in South Beach, losing by 29 points. Veteran big man Tyson Chandler will have to step up on Wednesday if Capela is indeed out. Chandler is putting up 1.7 points and 3.0 rebounds on the season.

Houston has the fourth best offense in the NBA, averaging 118.2 points a night. However, they are struggling on defense, giving up 115.1 points per game — that's 23rd in the league.

Nonetheless, that is what is expected from a Mike D'Antoni-coached team. His teams are usually great offensive teams, but subpar defensive units.

The Rockets have to find a way to be better on defense, though, if they want to win it all this season. The other two elite teams in the West — the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers — can score at will, too, so getting stops is important.
