The Houston Rockets have been on a roll of late, winning 11 of their last 12 games to jump to third in the Western Conference standings. As a result, the Rockets have seen their odds to win the NBA title increase, with BetOnline.ag having them tied with the Toronto Raptors at +1200.

The Golden State Warriors have the highest odds at -200, with the Milwaukee Bucks coming in second at +800.

During this recent streak, the Rockets' only loss came to the Warriors last Wednesday. They actually began the streak with a win over Golden State back on Feb. 23. They have also defeated the Boston Celtics, Raptors, and Philadelphia 76ers throughout the run.

Most recently, Houston topped the Minnesota Timberwolves by a score of 117-102 on Sunday night in spite of James Harden scoring just 20 points off 8-of-24 shooting. Chris Paul led the way with 25 points and 12 assists.

The 2018-19 campaign has certainly been a season of runs for the Rockets.

Houston began the year with a record of 1-5, but it then proceeded to win eight of its next 10 games before losing seven of the next nine. The Rockets then won 11 of their next 12 games, with much of that coming without Paul, who was dealing with a strained hamstring.

The club then came back down to earth a bit, going through a 4-5 stretch and going just 11-10 overall after winning 11 of 12. But, since then, Houston has gotten hot yet again.

The Rockets will now head on the road to take on the Atlanta Hawks and Memphis Grizzlies before returning home to host the San Antonio Spurs in a potential first-round playoff preview.
