James Harden and the Houston Rockets fell to the lowly New York Knicks on Monday at Madison Square Garden.

This comes after the Rockets came away with a tremendous victory over the Boston Celtics this past Saturday in Boston.

After the game, Harden admits Houston had “a letup” against the Knicks.

The Rockets had a slow start by their standards as the Knicks outscored them in the first half. While they were able to get things going in the final quarter, it was a bit late as the home team held on to secure the surprise victory.

James Harden poured in 35 points against the ‘Bockers, but he missed a layup which would have given the Rockets the lead with seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.

Houston is back in action on Thursday when the team hosts Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Rockets won't have low energy for that game, that's for sure.
