Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden is undoubtedly one of the best shooters in the NBA today. Harden has brought his game to a whole new level this 2019, as he is averaging a career-high 38.0 points, 7.5 assists and 6.0 rebounds per game.
Much of Harden's ability to put up those historic scoring numbers comes from his skill from beyond the arc. On nearly 14 3-point attempts per game, the Rockets star is hitting 33.8 percent. While that percentage is actually a few points below his career average of 37 percent, the volume that Harden is shooting from is unprecedented.
Due to the remarkable volume, Harden became just the fourth player in NBA history to have multiple games of 10-plus triples in his career. The Beard achieved the feat during his 55-point explosion against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday.

Houston improved to 16-8 on the season with Wednesday's six-point win against the Cavs. Besides his game-high score, Harden finished with three rebounds and eight assists while shooting 20-of-34 from the field and 10-of-18 from deep.
The first game of 10-plus three pointers from Harden came last January when the superstar hit 10 of his 23 long-range attempts on his way to 44 points, 15 assists and 10 turnovers.
Incredibly, Harden's 55-point outburst is just his third highest total 24 games into the young season. Last month, Harden scored 60 points in a 47-point blowout win against the Atlanta Hawks. The month prior, the guard had 59 points in a win against the Washington Wizards.
