Houston Rockets shooting guard James Harden has now etched his name next to two of the greatest players to have ever played in the NBA — Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

James Harden is the third player over the last 30 years to score at least 400 points in a 10-game span, joining Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, who did it with the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls, respectively.

This is an unbelievable accomplishment by James Harden, who is cementing himself as one of the best guards in NBA history. The reigning MVP doesn't care what the critics think about his game because the results are speaking for themselves.

Not only is James Harden scoring like a madman right now, he's leading the Rockets to wins. Houston is steadily climbing up the Western Conference standings and it's because of how phenomenal Harden is playing. Without the services of Chris Paul and now Eric Gordon, Harden is literally putting Houston on his back.

Monday night against the Memphis Grizzlies, Harden recorded a triple-double by scoring 43 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and dishing out 13 assists. Over his last 10 games, The Beard is averaging a whopping 40.8 points per game.

The Rockets are 9-1 in their last 10 games, and James Harden is the sole reason why.
