The Houston Rockets host the Boston Celtics on Thursday, and Rockets star shooting guard James Harden is questionable to play.
James Harden is reportedly dealing with a bruised left calf, according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle:

James Harden played 39 minutes on Christmas Day against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The reigning MVP finished with 41 points, six rebounds and seven assists in the Rockets' 113-109 victory. Harden shot 15-of-35 from the field, 5-of-16 from beyond the arc and 6-of-7 from the free-throw line.
Houston signed combo guard Austin Rivers recently, so if Harden can't play, Rivers will most likely enter the starting lineup. Rockets All-Star point guard Chris Paul is out for the foreseeable future with a hamstring injury, which is why the organization signed Rivers.
After getting off to a terrible start to the season, Houston is playing better basketball as of late. They are 18-15 on the year, seventh place in the Western Conference standings. If Harden can't play against the Celtics, though, it's going to be tough for Houston to get the win versus Kyrie Irving and Boston.
James Harden currently leads the NBA in scoring, as he's averaging 32.3 points per game. Harden is also dishing out 8.4 assists per contest.
