Houston Rockets head coach Mike D'Antoni was clearly in a good mood on Thursday while talking to reporters about the team's second-round matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers.

D'Antoni was breaking out some lame but also kind of funny dad jokes, and it was quite the spectacle:

As everyone knows, the Rockets play small ball and don't have a traditional center on the floor. As a result, most pundits believe Lakers superstar big man Anthony Davis is going to feast against Houston, not to mention the Lakers also have Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee.

While Rockets forward P.J. Tucker is a superb defender and very strong, he's only listed at 6-foot-6. Davis, meanwhile, is 6-foot-10 and arguably the best big man in the NBA. He averaged 26.1 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game for the Lakers during the regular season.

The Rockets will be the heavy underdogs in the Lakers series. Los Angeles has been resting for more than a week and Houston needed seven games to get past the feisty Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round. While Rockets stars James Harden and Russell Westbrook will cause loads of problems for the Lakers' defense, most experts believe Los Angeles will win this series in five or six games.

With that being said, that's more motivation for Mike D'Antoni and the Rockets to pull off the upset and continue to quiet their critics.
