New York Knicks rookie RJ Barrett is amazed at how Houston Rockets superstar guard James Harden is able to draw fouls on a consistent basis.

Both Barrett and Harden are lefties, although Barrett is a natural right-hander. He does everything with his right except shoot a basketball:

“I like the way he goes to the basket and gets fouled,” RJ Barrett said of the Rockets MVP, via The Athletic. “It’s crazy. He’s so good. If he sees like a hand in there — pffft, every time. He got me on one today. It’s crazy.”

Harden is once again on his way to leading the league in scoring for the third consecutive season. The Rockets star is averaging 35.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 7.3 assists in 55 games while shooting 44.3 percent from the field, 36.3 percent from beyond the arc and 86.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Houston is 38-20 on the season and is in fourth place in the Western Conference standings. Harden is averaging almost 12 free-throw attempts per game, proving his ability to draw fouls is second to none.

Love him or hate him, there’s no denying James Harden is a scoring machine who should be mentioned alongside the likes of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

The Rockets traded Jeremy Lamb, Kevin Martin, a 2013 first-round pick (Steven Adams was later selected), a 2013 second-round pick (Alex Abrines was later selected) and a 2014 first-round pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Harden.

It’s safe to say Houston won the trade by a landslide.
