With majority of the population staying indoors nowadays due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, social media ā€œchallengesā€ have been sprouting left and right. Houston Rockets superstar Russell Westbrook decided to jump into the bandwagon, as he displayed his physical gifts by doing the ā€œPush-Upā€ Challengeā€ and sharing it on Instagram.

As the name implies, Westbrook did several reps of the calisthenic exercise and even took it up a notch by having his eldest son Noah on his back.

Russell Westbrook also nominated fellow players Austin Rivers, Jeff Green, Thabo Sefolosha, PJ Tucker, and Chris Paul to do the challenge.

The Rockets star continues to be one of the most explosive athletes in the league, regardless of size or position. He averaged stellar numbers of 27.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 1.7 steals in53 games prior to the NBA suspension.

Houston also found success in Westbrook's first stint with the Rockets, currently holding a 40-24 (sixth place in the Western Conference).
