Kawhi Leonard and the L.A. Clippers defeated James Harden and the Houston Rockets on Friday night in downtown Los Angeles, 122-119. The matchup was tight the entire way, but the Clippers overcame a six-point deficit with just over a minute to play in the fourth quarter to win the game.

With two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, James Harden drew a shooting foul on a three-point attempt. The foul was against Patrick Beverley, his sixth and final foul of the game, which send him to the bench. He finished with just six points, three rebounds, and one steal.

Later in the comeback run, Rockets guard Westbrook fouled out with 1.2 seconds remaining. He finished with 22 points, five rebounds, six assists, and two steals in 34 minutes of action.

Last time the two players faced off, it resulted in a Rockets win and some fiery words said by Westbrook.

With the Clippers winning tonight's game and Westbrook falling short in another game, the NBA's 2017 MVP wasn't very talkative after the game.

Head coach Mike D'Antoni answered questions from the media as did Harden, but Westbrook was certainly brief in his postgame interview.

After winning 11 of their last 13 games, Houston has now dropped two games in a row — one in Denver to the Nuggets and tonight's game in L.A.

Houston now returns home for a three-game homestand against the Dallas Mavericks, Miami Heat, and Atlanta Hawks.
