Russell Westbrook of the Houston Rockets has had his fair share of clutch moments in his career, and his most recent one came in a thrilling game against the defending champion Toronto Raptors on the road.

The 12-year veteran went zooming down the lane, careening into Marc Gasol, before finishing a tough and-one layup:

Following the tough bucket, Russ proceeded to flex on Gasol and the Raps. With good reason, too, as the bucket gave the Rockets an eight-point lead that they would never relinquish in this tightly contested game.

In his first season with the Rockets, Brodie’s numbers are down somewhat, though he’s still putting together a terrific season from a raw counting stats perspective: 21.9 PPG, 7.8 RPG and 7.1 APG, however on the lowest true shooting percentage of his career at 48.8 percent including a rough 22.9 percent from downtown.
