Ubisoft released Roller Champions on the Nintendo Switch alongside the new themed season Disco Fever for all platforms.

Roller Champions Disco Fever Season Out Now on All Platforms Plus the Nintendo Switch

Roller Champions is headed to the Nintendo Switch today, as the free-to-play game also enters its new themed season, Disco Fever. Players on Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, and PC would be able to experience three new disco-themed maps alongside all of the maps featured in the Kickoff season. Of course, the Disco-themed map would only look out of place if players won't have access to disco-themed cosmetics, which also arrive in this update.

Disco Fever also introduces Arena 8, a new game mode set in an innovative rink, which should shake things up for the fun in Roller Champions. Two new mini-games are also here for a limited time – Star Dash and Star Dash Supernova – for those who want to take a short break from the competition.

Roller Champions is a free-to-play team-based PvP sports game where players use roller skates to dash around arenas to bring the ball to the opponent's goal post. But there is more to it: the more laps you make around the elliptical arena, the more points you will get, provided your team maintains ball possession. It’s a game of risk and reward, where every round you make increases your potential score, but also risks your team losing possession. Speed along the arena walls, use several tackling maneuvers efficiently, and work with your teammates to claim victory over your opponents and roll up to glory.
