Ronda Rousey is the Women's Royal Rumble Winner, winning from the #28 spot.

Sasha Banks drew the unlucky number 1, entering the ring with a Sailor Moon-inspired outfit. She faces Melina, which is a nice surprise. Banks and the WWE Legend worked well to open the Women's Royal Rumble match, taunting each other with their signature poses. However, Sasha threw Melina easily out of the top rope, allowing Sasha a little bit of rest time before #3's entrance. Tamina then enters the ramp, but Sasha wouldn't let her enter the ring, hitting the Meteora from the mat. However, Sasha won't be able to eliminate Tamina as fast as she did Melina, and the #4 entrant would arrive.

Liv Morgan enters as #6 with a whole lot of momentum. She almost eliminates Sasha Banks, only to be interrupted by Tamina. Queen Zelina enters as #7, only to be targeted by Sasha Banks. She would also be saved by Tamina, who then took Banks to the top rope. Sasha fights back, but Zelina finishes the deed, kicking Sasha off the mat, giving The Boss an early exit, crossing her off from ever becoming this year's Women's Royal Rumble Winner.

Bianca enters shortly after at #8. The announce table hypes up Bianca, remarking how Belair has better chances now at #8 than she did in last year's Rumble, which she won from #3. Bianca would decimate everyone in the ring, but was unsuccessful in eliminating anyone before #9 arrived, no thanks to interruptions by Tamina.

Sonya Deville arrives early ahead of rival Naomi, entering at #11. She enters with her jacket on, which means, as Cory Graves points out, meant she's still an official. She then proceeds to the commentary desk, questioned by the rest of the table but welcomed by Cory, and then sits out the match by being a commentator instead.

Natalya enters as the #12 entrant, who took up Bianca and Tamina at the same time. She would throw both of them at the same time, but Bianca was able to hang on, leaving Tamina the only woman outside the ring.

Naomi's old partner, Cameron, enters the ring. The announce table points out that Cameron might form a partnership with Naomi when she arrives, which incensed Sonya Deville, who, as we mentioned, was on the announce table until now. Sonya then removes her jacket, heads into the ring, and eliminates Cameron. Naomi would arrive next, entering with a furious face on. After checking on her former partner at ringside, Naomi heads into the ring straight into Sonya, and the two brawled, with Naomi successfully eliminating Sonya.

Rhea Ripley enters at #16, becoming a quick target for everyone. She fights back her aggressors, and then picked a fight with the Women's Tag Team Champions Carmella and Queen Zelina, and then eliminating both at the same time.

Charlotte enters at #17, taking her time on the ramp with her robe draped over her shoulders and her WWE SmackDown Women's Championship Belt hugging her waist. She enters as a huge monster, eliminating Aliyah unceremoniously, then almost eliminating Naomi, who survives by performing a handstand on the floor. However, Sonya would grab Naomi's hands, pulling her off the mat, eliminating her. Naomi would then chase Sonya at ringside. In the ring, women would team up to try to take Bianca out, then #18 entrant, Right to Censor's Ivory enters to a very mild pop, entering the ring with a mic and a soliloquy. She's answered by a quick elimination by Rhea Ripley.

Brie Bella enters at #19, facing off with Natalya when she gets to the ring. Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair team up to try to eliminate Charlotte, before they get interrupted by the much-awaited entrance of IMPACT Knockouts Champion Mickie James, entering to the tune of Hardcore Country with her IMPACT Knockouts Championship Belt on her waist. She would immediately faceup with former rival Michelle McCool, who she eliminates with a hurricanrana.

#21 entrant sees another return, as Alicia Fox enters the ramp with her usual entrance theme. The first African-American Diva's Champion performs as if she hasn't been away for long, kicking down women left and right, prompting Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley to team up to try to eliminate her.

Nikki A.S.H. enters as the #22 entrant, distracting Rhea, who looks onto the ramp waiting for her former partner. Nikki sneakily enters the ring and tries to eliminate Rhea from behind, but Rhea fights back. Nikki would back off to evade an elimination, sliding below the ropes, and Charlotte uses the distraction to hit Rhea from behind.

Nikki Bella enters at #24, immediately teaming up with her twin sister, eliminating Alicia Fox, Sarah Logan, and Liv Morgan, much to the chagrin of fans.

Lita enters with a huge pop at #26, who the Bella Twins immediately prepared for. The Twins would try to gang up on Lita, but she would fend them off. Mickie James joins her attackers, but Lita successfully takes them all out. She throws Mickie over the ropes and performs a DDT on her across the ropes, before kicking off the IMPACT Knockouts Champion for an elimination.

Molly Holly enters at #27 with her superhero gimmick, only to be ambushed by Nikki A.S.H. even before she enters the ring. Nikki would gloat over her attack, bringing in Molly Holly inside the ring, quickly eliminating her after a couple of choice words. This is a good way to give Nikki some heat, but sadly, Molly Holly's not that big of a deal to the WWE Universe anymore, and the impact isn't what WWE hoped for.

At #28, Ronda Rousey makes her triumphant return to the Rumble, immediately putting everyone on notice. The Baddest Woman In The Planet immediately attacks both Nikki A.S.H. and Brie Bella with a modified guillotine at the corner. She eliminates Nikki with a kick, and as she winds up a punch for Nikki, Brie interrupts, only for the Twins to end up face-to-face as Ronda evades. Brie says, why not, and punched her sister out of the ring, eliminating her. Ronda would then eliminate Brie, avenging her stolen elimination.

Shotzi enters at #29, and Shayna Baszler enters at #30. Shayna quickly teams up with her co-Horsewoman of MMA, with the two starting to clean house. All thirty entrants are now here with Ronda and Shayna directing traffic. Ronda would eliminate Shotiz, before turning her attention to Natalya. With a little assist from Bianca, Natalya gets eliminated, who promptly comes back into the ring to try to eliminate Ronda from behind. However, Ronda's better than that, and she throws Natalya away for a second time.

Lita would then shine in the spotlight, hitting her signature finisher at Charlotte, before teasing a Swanton Bomb. Charlotte wouldn't let her though, as she would spear through Lita between the ropes, eliminating her.

The last four participants are composed of Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and Shayna Baszler, with three of them making great candidates as this year's Women's Royal Rumble Winner. The four squares up, and Bianca Belair tries to execute a Kiss of Death on Shayna. However, Charlotte would sneak from behind and throw the two off the ropes, leaving her, the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion, as the underdog in a one-on-one match against Ronda Rousey. The two have a lot of history together, with both entering Wrestlemania once upon a time as the champions in the losing end of a Triple Threat match. Charlotte charges as Ronda Rousey, but the Rowdy one simply evaded capture, hurling Charlotte Flair over the top rope to capture a Main Event Title Match at WrestleMania.

Ronda Rousey is back, and the Baddest Woman on the Planet will be heading to Wrestlemania to challenge her champion of choice. Ronda Rousey is the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble Winner.
