The Oklahoma City Thunder have had an incredible draft history, drafting quality players such as Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Serge Ibaka, Reggie Jackson, Eric Bledsoe, and Steven Adams. Although most of those players have moved to greener pastures, the core of that team was always Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

Durant Durant has now left the Thunder for the Golden State Warriors and roster full of star players. Many questions now surround how will he adapt with that team which will be answered, but one main question still remains: How will Kevin Durant and Steph Curry adapt with each other, with both of them being some of the best players to lace up their shoes and play basketball?

Well, Kevin Durant has had a top 5 player beside him named Russell Westbrook. Westbrook was seen as the facilitator to Durant, but is now one of the most aggressive and athletic players to play the game. But Durant was fine with giving up touches to let Westbrook work in the fourth quarter and long stretches in the game.

Durant is and always will be a team first player, and has been fine giving up chances to let other players get involved. This should be the case in Oakland, with Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Andre Iguodala all having touches with the ball. This should also ease the stress of carrying a team, with Durant letting other players work at the appropriate times instead.

It should be easy for Durant to remold his game to the Warriors since he's done it before with Westbrook's emergence. But now fitting into the system, as well as transitioning into a villain from being a beloved hero, could be a tougher task.
