New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara took the NFL by storm in his rookie campaign establishing himself as one of the rising stars in the league. His stellar play in the 2017 campaign helped him earn the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

During a Q&A interview with Sam Scube of GQ Magazine, Kamara revealed that he hasn't found a place for his trophy that is currently in the closet at his home.

Where do you keep your Rookie of the Year award?
It's in the closet.

It's just…in the closet?
Yeah, it's under a whole bunch of shit, honestly. I can't even lie. I haven't found a spot. I haven't put it up nowhere or nothing. It's still in the case that they sent it to me in. I opened it once, I looked at it, and I put it in the closet.

Why is that?
I mean, I'll send you a picture of where it's at. I don't know. I don't really got nowhere to put it, and it's cool. Dope, trophies.

Kamara was highly impressive proving to be a highly effective dual-threat option in the backfield as he became just the third rookie running back to compile more than 600 rushing and 600 receiving yards in a single season. The 22-year-old also set the franchise record with 1,554 scrimmage yards and 14 total touchdowns.

His high level of production helped him join Hall of Famer Gale Sayers as the only rookies in NFL history to have at least five rushing touchdowns (eight), five receiving touchdowns (five) and a kickoff-return touchdown Kamara's unique skill set has put a bright future ahead of him to solidify himself as one of the top running backs in the league.

However, the fact that he has the trophy in the closet is no slight to the award but rather that he hasn't found the proper spot to display it in his home.
