The New Orleans Saints now have to face Tom Brady twice a year with him joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in free agency. While Brady intends to play at least two more years, Cam Jordan revealed how long he believes Drew Brees will play.

“I do know Drew’s a little bit younger than Tom. So I feel like we have a little competitive age of time on our hands,” Jordan said, via NOLA.com. “And I mean at this point Drew is playing at such a high rate. I feel like with Tom Brady signing a two-year deal, I know I’ve got Drew for at least that long.”

When Brady shocked the world and joined the Buccaneers, he inked a two year, $50 million deal. Even though he turns 43 years old later this year, Brady is hopeful that he can continue to play in the NFL until he's 45 years old.

On the other hand, after contemplating retirement, Brees chose to return for his 20th season. The longtime quarterback of the Saints re-signed with New Orleans, also signing a deal worth $50 million over two years. With that being said, Jordan is confident that Brees can continue to play for another two years.

Despite missing five games due to a thumb injury, Brees still finished with 2,979 yards, 27 touchdowns, and four interceptions in 2019. However, as the season progressed, Brees began to show some wear and tear on his throwing arm.

Fans will be in for a treat in 2020, with Brady and Brees facing each other twice in the NFC South. Depending on what Brees decided to do next offseason, Jordan presumes that Brees can go toe-to-toe with Brady for another two seasons and beyond.
