New Orleans Saints veteran Cameron Jordan is embodying the profound quote “if you're going to dream, dream big.” That much is clear after he shared his desire to play alongside Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers in NOLA.

In his recent interview on Stacking The Box podcast, Jordan shared his wish not only to get Rodgers to New Orleans but also Adams, who is a free agent this offseason. He knows it will be difficult, but not impossible.

“I’m simply saying if he wants to be outlandish with the requests if I want to be outlandish with the wish list, I know Davante Adams isn’t under contract,” Jordan said, via FanSided.

“Can I think of a better one-two combo than a healthy Mike Thomas and then a Davante Adams and then an Aaron Rodgers? I know I am asking for Christmas stuff in February but there is probably been more impossible tasks accomplished.”

Of course the Saints might have some reservations when it comes to making a move for Aaron Rodgers, especially since it will certainly cost them a lot. Add Davante Adams into the mix and the financial hit is massive.

However, as Cameron Jordan said and what he's probably thinking right now, “where there's a will, there's a way.”

The general consensus around the league is that Rodgers will be traded by the Packers. While they have resolved their differences that made their past offseason a bit chaotic, a lot of people believe–like former Green Bay exec Andrew Brandt–that it's time for the two sides to part ways and move on from each other.

“I have no inside knowledge on this from Aaron or the team, and deliberately refrain from reaching out; I comment from my own experienced insight and perspective. And I just think this is the time for a change, both for Aaron and the team,” Brandt wrote in his recent opinion piece for Sports Illustrated.

A lot can still happen and you just “never say never” in the NFL. With that, it will be interesting to see if the Saints will make a move for Rodgers.
