Dez Bryant was with the New Orleans Saints for all of one practice before tearing his Achilles and seeing his season come to an end.

However, if the Saints go on to win the Super Bowl, and Bryant is making sure everyone knows it:

Bryant was cut by the Dallas Cowboys back in April and remained on the free-agent market until Nov. 8, when the Saints signed him to a one-year deal. Two days later, Bryant was placed on the injured reserve list.

The 30-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Oklahoma State University, was originally selected by the Cowboys in the first round (24th pick overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

He played in 12 games during his rookie campaign, catching 45 passes for 561 yards and six touchdowns.

Bryant did not really break out until his third season, when he hauled in 92 receptions for 1,382 yards and 12 scores. However, in spite of his monster year in 2012, he did not make the Pro Bowl.

The following year, Bryant made his first trip to Honolulu after snaring 93 balls for 1,233 yards while reaching the end zone 13 times. Then, in 2014, Bryant racked up 88 catches for 1,320 yards and a league-leading 16 touchdowns en route to a Pro Bowl appearance and a First-Team All-Pro selection.

Since then, injuries have whittled away at Bryant, as he played in just nine games in 2015 and then 13 contests in 2016. He has not put together a 1,000-yard season since that 2014 campaign.

The Saints defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round of the playoffs on Sunday and will take on the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game next weekend.
