New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has stayed relatively clean this season, as he’s been sacked just nine times in seven games. However, his O-line faces the daunting task of facing the Rams’ dominant D-line led by defensive tackles Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh.

Brees acknowledges what a challenge it’ll be to face the Rams’ All-Pro duo. He went all the way back to his college days for the last time he came across a team with a pair of incredibly talented interior pass rushers like Donald and Suh.

“Not since we played the University of Georgia in the 1999 season in the Outback Bowl,” Brees told reporters Wednesday, via the Saints' official website. “It was Marcus Stroud and Richard Seymour. That was a pretty stout defensive interior front. But no, I mean, at this level, it's really unheard of to have Suh and Donald in there. Those guys are unbelievable.”

As it stands, Los Angeles is a 2-point road favorite against New Orleans this Sunday, according to BetOnline.ag. To place a bet on the game or any others, click here and use promo code CLUTCH50 for a 50% Welcome Bonus when you signup with BetOnline.ag!

Donald, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, is once again having another dominant season as he has a league-leading 10 sacks. Meanwhile, Suh has been rock solid in his debut campaign in LA and has chipped in with three sacks of his own.

To make matters worse for Brees, the Rams have also added a highly talented edge rusher in Dante Fowler Jr. who can capitalize from all the attention being put on Donald and Suh.

But as good as opposing defenses might be, Brees has consistently been able to get the better of them during his remarkable career. As for whether he can do so once more against this dominant Rams’ D-line will be very fun to watch.
