Not only does former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston officially have a new team, but it also appears the current New Orleans Saints signal caller will have some new representation as well. Only a few months after becoming an unrestricted free agent en route to joining the Saints to serve as the team's backup under center to longtime starting quarterback Drew Brees, Winston has reportedly elected to move on from agent Joel Segal.

Despite initially seeking a contract that could be worth up to $30 million per season, Winston ultimately signed with the Saints for the 2020-21 campaign at just over $1 million.

Of course, Winston was replaced by former New England Patriots quarterback and future Pro Football Hall of Famer Tom Brady in Tampa Bay, which eliminated the possibility of a reunion with the Buccaneers pretty much right off the bat. However, Winston would go on to remain in the NFC South division, though it will be Brady and Brees that square off twice per season as the Saints and Buccaneers battle it out moving forward. With Winston slated to re-enter the open market as an unrestricted free agent once again next season, it appears as though the former Buccaneers signal caller will take the 2020-21 campaign to learn from one of the best to ever do it in Brees.

The NFC South division will be more than competitive in 2020-21 as the Buccaneers, Saints, Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons all remain primed to serve as legitimate forces with July now upon us.
