The Saints just keep taking L's — Saints cornerback P.J. Williams has been arrested for drunk driving. And speeding. Again.

TMZ Sports broke the news earlier today. According to their report, Williams was pulled over for going 80 MPH in a 50 MPH zone, just over the Crescent City Connection Bridge.

When he was pulled over, the police attempted to administer a breathalyzer test, as he was under suspicion for driving drunk. Williams refused to take the test, so he was arrested on the charge of driving under the influence (DUI).

P.J. Williams was arrested at about 1:00 AM local time. He was released three hours later.

This is not the first time that Williams has been arrested for drunk driving. In 2015, he was arrested on the same charges while he was driving in Florida. However, the case was ultimately dismissed because the Florida officer's dash cam failed to capture key moments of the cornerback's arrest.

Williams is falling, slightly, from his original grace. In 2013, he was a superstar at Florida State, when he — along with teammate and future NFL star Jameis Winston — helped the school win the national championship.

In 2015, he entered into the NFL Draft, where he was picked by the Saints in the third round.

Williams played in 15 games in 2018 for the Saints, posting 53 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 sack. He had 8 tackles and broke up 1 pass in the NFC game.
