It was a good Week 1 for New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton and Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay. But apparently Payton didn't think either of them had the most impressive opening week for a Sean.

That honor would be long to Sean “Diddy” Combs:

That Sean Payton is quite the jokester, though it's hard to argue against Diddy's candidacy here. Being on a luxury yacht with a new significant other sounds like a big win.

Of course, if we're keeping it strictly to the NFL, it's also hard to argue that the Saints didn't have the most impressive Week 1. They absolutely wiped the field with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, with Jameis Winston throwing five touchdown passes in a 38-3 rout. That's one heck of a way to kick off the post-Drew Brees era.

Not only did Winston look amazing, but the New Orleans defense completely flummoxed Rodgers into having one of the worst games of his career. Holding the Packers to three points and forcing two Rodgers interceptions is quite the accomplishment.

As for McVay and the Rams, they also had themselves a day on Sunday. With Matthew Stafford now under center instead of Jared Goff, Los Angeles destroyed the Chicago Bears by a final score of 34-14. McVay clearly enjoyed having Stafford at this disposal, as the longtime Detroit Lions quarterback connected on a number of big plays in the win.

If Week 1 is an indication of things to come, the Saints and Rams are going to be two of the top contenders in the NFC. We'll see if Winston and the defense can keep up that level of play in New Orleans. Meanwhile, Los Angeles traded for Stafford in order to get them to the next level, and this was certainly a good start.
