New Orleans Saints versatile utility player Taysom Hill joined Hall of Fame quarterback John Elway as the only players in NFL history to record a 50-plus pass completion, 20-plus receiving yards, and more than 10 yards rushing in a single postseason game, according to Drew Porche on Twitter.

The 29-year-old BYU product, who signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent quarterback in 2017, threw a 50-yard pass to Deonte Harris to set up a touchdown run for Alvin Kamara on the next play of the drive in the second quarter of New Orleans' NFC Wild Card round matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. It's a rematch of the two squads following the “Minneapolis Miracle” in the divisional round two years ago, which saw Stefon Diggs score a late touchdown to send the Vikings to the conference championship.

The 6-foot-2 Hill would later score a fourth-quarter receiving 20-yard touchdown from future Hall of Fame gunslinger Drew Brees to inch the Saints closer to the Vikings' margin.

Additionally, Taysom Hill has accumulated 50 rushing yards on four carries so far in the tilt, making him a truly versatile player for the Saints in their critical matchup with the Vikings. Although Brees went down, missing five games for the Saints midseason, Hill did not replace the star quarterback under center; instead, backup Teddy Bridgewater subbed in and won all five starts for the Bayou franchise. However, that plus Brees' record this season wasn't enough to avoid a first-round matchup and earn a bye, as the Saints dropped to the third seed in the AFC.

Should the Saints continue to mount their comeback and successfully bounce the Vikings from the postseason, look no further than Taysom Hill as a key part of the victory.
