With the offense struggling, the New Orleans Saints were in need of a big play against the Los Angeles Chargers. Fortunately, tight end Jared Cook was more than willing to oblige.

Quarterback Drew Brees found Cook for a 41-yard touchdown to tie the game at 20, via NFL Twitter:

It is no secret that the Saints' offense has struggled to find its footing with wide receiver Michael Thomas out for disciplinary reasons. Fortunately, they have managed to kick things up a notch on both sides of the ball by scoring 10 unanswered points in the second half.

Fans are happy to see Cook finally getting in the mix following a quiet start to the 2020 NFL season. He had largely struggled to make his presence felt in Week 5 up until he managed to find the void in the secondary.

It will be interesting to see if the big play from Cook is what he needed to get back into Brees' radar for the passing game with the Saints.
